About The Position

This role involves distributing and accurately recording gasoline disbursed in vehicles. The Fueler will enter fuel usage in AS400 via portable terminal (PT), start vehicles, check fuel gauges, mark vehicles that need fuel, and return to fuel them. They will also report and record Auction gasoline levels and alert the proper person to avoid running out of gasoline in the main fill area. Additionally, the Fueler will report inoperable vehicles and any damage or malfunctioning equipment on vehicles (i.e., pumps, fuel trucks) to the Supervisor or Assistant Manager. This position also requires assisting customers in locating vehicles and supporting sale day duties as needed, such as driving, acting as a lane leader, or jump-starting vehicles. Audits of gasoline disbursement will be performed when necessary. A strong commitment to safety is expected, demonstrated by following all safety and health procedures and modeling related behaviors, as well as actively participating in safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Must be able to clear a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace, adhering to prohibitions on the possession, use, or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property, and/or in company vehicles.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
  • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
