About The Position

This position is responsible for fueling and washing equipment, checking fluid levels, and ensuring proper fuel levels are maintained. The role also involves delivering outstanding customer service, complying with safety regulations, and maintaining the cleanliness of the shop and surrounding areas. The incumbent is expected to model company values, collaborate effectively, and participate in ongoing self-development. Additionally, the role requires adherence to HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes, and working safely at all times.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
General knowledge of trucking industry helpful.
Good communication skills.
Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Fuel and wash the equipment as needed.
Fuel equipment and check the fluid levels.
Fuel vehicles as required.
Wash and clean equipment.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Wash trucks as needed.
Ensure proper levels of fuel are maintained at all times.
Comply with all safety, DOT and OSHA guidelines.
Adhere to company rules and regulations.
Shuttle vehicles when necessary.
Ensure cleanliness of shop and surrounding areas.
Perform other tasks as directed by Service Manager or Immediate Supervisor.
Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission.
Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
