About The Position

This role is responsible for fueling and washing equipment, checking fluid levels, and ensuring the cleanliness of the shop and surrounding areas. The incumbent is expected to model company values, collaborate effectively, and participate in ongoing self-development. This position requires adherence to all safety, DOT, and OSHA guidelines, as well as company policies and regulations. The role also involves delivering outstanding customer service and performing other tasks as directed by the Service Manager or Immediate Supervisor.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
General knowledge of trucking industry helpful.
Good communication skills
Customer service skills.
Employee is required to stand, walk, kneel, squat, crawl, bend and twist.
Employee may have to climb and/or lift up to and over 80 pounds frequently.
Visual requirements are constant.

Responsibilities

Fuel vehicles as required
Wash and clean equipment
Deliver outstanding customer service
Fuel trucks as required
Wash trucks as needed
Ensure proper levels of fuel are maintained at all times
Comply with all safety, DOT and OSHA guidelines
Adhere to company rules and regulations
Shuttle vehicles when necessary
Ensure cleanliness of shop and surrounding areas
Perform other tasks as directed be Service Manager or Immediate Supervisor
