About The Position

This position is responsible for the proper and efficient completion of assigned duties and operation of a vehicle. Drivers deliver petroleum products to company-owned sites and customers while following Company policies and applicable government regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Required Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Required TWIC card.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment DOT-regulated drug screen.
• Meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical and medical requirements.
• Be subject to quarterly random drug screens under FMCSA/DOT regulations.
• Excellent customer service demeanor.
• Available to work weekends, if necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Prior fuel truck driver experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with petroleum products in accordance with Company and government regulations.
• Safely operate trucks according to Company policies and state and federal laws.
• Keep vehicles clean and perform required safety inspections on trucks, equipment, and facilities.
• Perform daily service checks, including checking oil, water, fuel, tires, and tank-related items.
• Complete and transmit paperwork in compliance with Company procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate with dispatchers daily.
