About The Position

Jackson Energy Logistics is seeking an experienced Fuel Transport Driver to deliver fuel to retail store partners using a tractor-tanker combination. Drivers perform pre-trip inspections of the tractor and tanker in accordance with DOT regulations and are responsible for safely and accurately loading, transporting, and unloading petroleum products. Routes are local, with drivers returning home daily. The role offers opportunities for career growth within the company. Drivers are hired for all shifts, including schedules that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

• Be at least 23 years old.
• Have at least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Hold a current Class A CDL with an active HazMat endorsement.
• Have a TWIC card where required.
• Be able to operate equipment with a manual transmission; applicants must not be restricted to automatic transmissions only.
• Successfully complete a Jackson Energy Logistics driving test, background check, DOT physical, and drug test.
• Have no tickets or points and no accidents in the past 12 months, and no more than 1.5 points in the past three years.
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Tanker experience is preferred but not required.
