The Fuel Technician is responsible for maintaining facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks. This role provides general maintenance support to various sites, including painting, building/repairing structures, interiors, shelving, and cabinets, as well as cleaning and other basic maintenance. The technician will also maintain store equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and performing preventive maintenance. Facilitating repairs involves keeping an organized vehicle and ensuring adequate stock parts through in-house ordering and contacting service vendors. Maintaining continuity among work teams is achieved by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and needs. The role requires participation in training for existing and new equipment and contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Other duties may be assigned or deemed necessary, and job duties may change with or without advance notice.
