At General Motors, our product teams are redefining mobility. Through a human-centered design process, we create vehicles and experiences that are designed not just to be seen, but to be felt. We’re turning today’s impossible into tomorrow’s standard —from breakthrough hardware and battery systems to intuitive design, intelligent software, and next-generation safety and entertainment features. Every day, our products move millions of people as we aim to make driving safer, smarter, and more connected, shaping the future of transportation on a global scale. The Role: The Virtual Design, Development, and Validation (VDDV) team is at the forefront of advanced engineering at General Motors, applying state-of-the-art CAE methods to help achieve our vision of Zero Emissions, Zero Crashes, and Zero Congestion. As a Fuel Systems VDDV Virtual Integration Engineer, you will leverage high-fidelity, multi-physics simulations to drive the design, integration, and validation of next-generation fuel systems across GM’s award-winning vehicle portfolio. You will play a critical role in connecting component-level physics to full-vehicle system performance, working across domains to ensure robust, optimized designs. This role also offers the opportunity to shape the future of virtual engineering by developing advanced simulation methodologies, automation tools, and data-driven workflows that enhance speed, accuracy, and decision-making across the enterprise. We are seeking highly motivated engineers with a passion for CAE innovation, system-level thinking, and technical leadership.
