About The Position

The Fuel Systems Technician performs disassembly, cleaning, assembly, and pressure testing of fuel system parts during overhaul and repair. The position is based at PROENERGY’s Sedalia, Missouri location and reports to the Fuel Systems Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or relevant work experience in lieu of education.
• Demonstrated ability to use basic hand tools for disassembly and assembly.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship for a work-authorized visa will not be considered.
• Satisfactory completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble parts.
• Pressure- and leak-test parts.
• Clean parts using aqueous methods.
• Clean parts using caustic methods.
• Package parts.
• Create instruction and assessment reports, as well as final reports.
• Organize documents and files.
