About The Position

The Fuel Station Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the fuel station, ensuring a safe, compliant, and customer‑focused environment. This role supervises associates, maintains fuel and merchandise availability, upholds safety and regulatory standards, and supports store leadership with operational execution.

Requirements

  • Supervise, train, and develop fuel station associates.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor performance to ensure operational standards are met.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective guidance as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling to ensure proper coverage during peak business hours.
  • Support onboarding and training of new fuel station associates.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and prompt issue resolution.
  • Address customer questions or concerns related to fuel, pricing, and products.
  • Monitor transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Promote a positive customer experience through clean, safe, and well‑staffed operations.
  • Monitor fuel levels, merchandise inventory, and supply needs.
  • Assist with ordering fuel station merchandise and supplies.
  • Ensure product displays, signage, and pricing are accurate and compliant.
  • Reduce shrink through proper controls and monitoring.
  • Support cash handling, register accountability, and end‑of‑day processes.
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and audits related to fuel operations.
  • Communicate operational issues, maintenance needs, and concerns to store leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily fuel station operations, including fuel dispensing, merchandise sales, and site cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (fuel handling, spills, emergency procedures).
  • Conduct routine safety checks of fuel pumps, tanks, equipment, and surrounding areas.
  • Respond appropriately to fuel station emergencies, alarms, or hazardous conditions.
  • Enforce company policies related to fuel operations, cash handling, and safety.
