About The Position

As a Fuel Station Attendant, you help keep the station running smoothly and provide customers with a positive experience. You serve as a point of contact for customers fueling up or making quick purchases, process transactions, and answer questions in a friendly and efficient manner.

You maintain a clean, stocked, and operational station by completing safety checks, restocking supplies, and maintaining indoor and outdoor areas. The role involves customer service, deliveries, station upkeep, and working in a fast-paced environment with changing tasks and customer flow.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to operate cash registers and payment systems.
• Basic math skills for transactions and cash handling.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 35 pounds, and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions in a clear, friendly manner.
• Process purchases accurately using cash registers and payment systems; handle cash and payments.
• Keep the station clean, stocked, and ready for customers, including indoor and outdoor areas, restrooms, and fueling spaces.
• Complete safety checks and follow fuel-handling, equipment-check, and site-safety procedures.
• Restock merchandise and supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Perform daily station procedures and comply with company policies, audits, sanitation requirements, and dress standards.
• Work effectively as customer traffic and daily tasks change.
