About The Position

As a Fuel Program Manager, you will be the primary contact between our customers and our teams, ensuring the successful execution of nuclear fuel contracts from order placement through delivery. You will balance technical, commercial, and operational priorities to meet customer requirements, maximize contract value, and help achieve our goals. You combine engineering knowledge with commercial awareness, excel at customer relationship management, and coordinates teams to create results. You will report to the Fuel Portfolio Manager and follow a hybrid work schedule based in Columbia, SC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • 3 years of professional experience in program management, project management, engineering, commercial operations, or a related field.
  • Communicate project status, technical issues, and business positions to customers and partners.
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience building and maintaining professional relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the nuclear industry or other regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of nuclear fuel manufacturing, reload engineering, fuel products and services, commercial operations, and financial planning processes.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing, contract management, program management, or account management roles.
  • Experience using SAP, ENOVIA, EDMS, or related enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage nuclear fuel contracts to ensure customer technical, quality, and delivery requirements are achieved while optimizing contract performance and value.
  • Be the primary customer-facing representative for all contract-related technical and commercial communications.
  • Lead fuel delivery execution activities, coordinating teams to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery commitments.
  • Develop accurate billing plans and forecasts to support revenue recognition, EBITDA targets, and overall financial performance.
  • Update financial, demand planning, and business management systems to ensure accurate operational and commercial reporting.
  • Monitor customer performance metrics and scorecards, providing regular insights to management.
  • Maintain an understanding of customer contracts, fuel products, services, and associated work scopes.
  • Communicate customer requirements across the organization and prepare and manage Job Order Documents for fuel reload projects.
  • Support proposal development, contract negotiations, and commercial strategy plans.
  • Coordinate engineering resources and facilitate resolution of technical challenges affecting customer commitments.
