About The Position

Love's Wholesale Fuel Payables department is seeking a Fuel Payables Clerk to reconcile fuel supplier invoices and support timely, accurate payment processing. The role verifies gas, diesel, and bio-fuel invoices in SolArc RightAngle by reviewing pricing, product, and taxes, and makes corrections to movement documents or system adjustments when needed. It requires direct supervision across duties and assignments, collaboration with internal departments and external companies, and consistent attention to processing deadlines. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 years of related experience.
• Experience analyzing or auditing large amounts of data and performing data entry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer programs.
• Knowledge of accounting.
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Collaborative team player.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and operating a computer keyboard and calculator.

Responsibilities

• Match gas, diesel, and bio-fuel supplier invoices in RightAngle, checking pricing, product, and taxes.
• Correct movement documents and calculate system adjustments as needed.
• Verify the accuracy of supplier invoices and internal data before processing.
• Contact suppliers to request credits for incorrect billing or obtain missing invoices.
• Coordinate with other departments and external companies to gather information needed to match invoices accurately.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
