About The Position

LV Petroleum is a growing operator of gas stations, convenience stores, and travel centers. As we expand our footprint, we are committed to ensuring the safety and reliability of our fuel systems and infrastructure. LV Petroleum is seeking a skilled Fuel Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for the inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of fuel systems and related equipment across our locations. The ideal candidate will have experience with fuel systems maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in fuel system maintenance or a related field.
Familiarity with fuel pumps, dispensers, tanks, and related equipment.
Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for handling fuel systems.
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in outdoor environments, and perform tasks that require physical stamina.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications in fuel maintenance or hazardous materials handling are a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on fuel pumps, dispensers, tanks, and related equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Diesel dispensing maintenance.
Conduct regular inspections to verify that fuel systems comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Diagnose and resolve issues with fuel dispensing systems and related components, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the life of equipment and prevent malfunctions.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts inventory to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols for handling fuel systems and hazardous materials.
