About The Position

AGRILAND FS is seeking a dependable, service-oriented team member to deliver fuel to commercial customers throughout the Cedar Rapids area. Routes are local, and employees return home at the end of each shift. Paid in-house training is provided to help employees obtain a commercial driver's license and required endorsements. The role offers opportunities to learn on the job, participate in company training, and advance their careers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain a Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements; training assistance is available.
• Dependable attitude and consistent work history.
• Ability to manage daily responsibilities independently and work well with others.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Basic mechanical knowledge, sound math skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Must pass all pre-employment testing and a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous commercial driving experience is helpful but not required.
