About The Position

AGRILAND FS is looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated increasing responsibility in their career, can work independently with little supervision, and is looking for an opportunity to grow into a leadership role. This position offers CDL training and will cover the cost of obtaining all required endorsements to safely deliver fuel and lubricants to our customers.

Requirements

Good driving record and background to obtain a CDL with Hazmat Endorsement
Experience demonstrating autonomy, customer focused decision making, working under little supervision
Demonstrate a commitment to a company with the ability to grow responsibilities over time.
Strong work ethic with experience working outdoors in extreme weather conditions
Mechanical aptitude along with solid math and problem-solving abilities
Examples of taking ownership of your career by learning and growing in skills and responsibilities
Ability to perform physical labor of climbing, dragging a house and walking on uneven surfaces on a regular basis

Prefer examples of customer service, troubleshooting and working hours beyond normal

Responsibilities

Safely operate a Class B CDL fuel truck to deliver petroleum products with the appropriate additives.
Prioritize, organize and execute safe and efficient deliveries (Self Dispatched)
Maintain accurate delivery records and fuel truck inventory documentation.
Provide professional, courteous service while building strong customer relationships.
Responsible for leading yourself to exceed needs of customers
