This position will train an individual to become a Construction Foreman. The Construction Foreman oversees construction tasks and supervises on-site personnel and subcontractors. This pivotal role ensures the coordination of projects to enhance profitability, surpass client expectations, and deliver high-quality results meeting or exceeding industry standards. Additionally, the Construction Foreman serves as the Job Site Safety Officer, responsible for implementing injury and illness prevention policies. Reporting directly to the Director, the Foreman is accountable for efficient, timely, and safe services in alignment with ethical and professional standards. This position requires a background check, MVR, and physical/drug screening.
