About The Position

This position involves creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, achieving sales and profit goals, and monitoring quality assurance standards. The role also includes directing and supervising all functions, duties, and activities for the Fuel department, supporting day-to-day Fuel operations, embracing the Customer 1st strategy, and encouraging associates to deliver excellent customer service. Fred Meyer, based in Portland, Oregon, merged with The Kroger Company in 1998 and serves customers in over 120 stores across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska. Responsibilities

  • Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
  • Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor and control all established quality assurance standards.
  • Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Fuel department.
  • Support the day-to-day functions of the Fuel operations.
  • Embrace the Customer 1st strategy and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
