This position is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, and achieving sales and profit goals for the Fuel department. The role involves monitoring and controlling quality assurance standards, directing and supervising all functions and activities within the Fuel department, and supporting its day-to-day operations. The Lead Clerk is expected to embrace the Customer 1st strategy, encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service, and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
