About The Position

Assist customers and manage the cash register while maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, complete incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. The role requires working cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, handling conflict reasonably and cooperatively, and following directions while seeking assistance when needed.

Requirements

Familiarity with industry or technical terms and processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver and encourage excellent customer service.
Pump gas.
Complete daily tours and inspections.
Fill out incident and security reports.
Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Reports.
Recover displays and maintain department cleanliness.
Perform cashier functions.
Answer telephones.
Comply with corporate policies and safety guidelines and standards.
Promote and follow company initiatives.
Maintain knowledge of emergency plan numbers and procedures.
Work cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner.
Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
