About The Position

This position is responsible for the efficient operation of the family support services of the Agency. The family support services of the Agency are Personal Care, In-home Respite, Day Respite, Adult Day Care, Alzheimers Support system, and S.M.I.L.E. Requires ability to drive, and travel, both overnight and local. Requires the ability to prepare and deliver presentations to community groups and funding sources. May be occasionally required to lift, carry, and arrange up to 20 lbs. over short distances.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's level degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to drive.
• Must be able to travel both locally and overnight.
• Must be able to keep extensive records and documentation.
• Must be able to maintain good interpersonal relationships with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the family support intergenerational services of the Agency.
• Supervise professional and non-professional staff.
• Organize resources.
• Deploy personnel in the most expedient manner to promote effectiveness and efficiency.
• Keep extensive records and documentation.
• Maintain good interpersonal relationships with staff and clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to community groups and funding sources.
