This position is with Cargill’s protein and salt business, which provides wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers. The role involves understanding and complying with site Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Policies, including GMPs/GHPs, and assisting plant operations to ensure compliance. It requires performing repetitive tasks such as lab work (weighing, measuring, mixing) and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Employees are expected to enforce, verify, and assist plant operations in ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and to effectively communicate with other departments. The technician will also represent the FSQR team on process, safety, or food safety teams.
