About The Position

The FSQA Technician is responsible for ensuring overall quality in an assigned area by managing regulatory, company, and customer policies and programs. The role reports directly to the QA Manager and requires knowledge of testing procedures, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. The position is located at Landmark Snacks LLC in Beatrice, Nebraska, and is full-time on the day shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company and customer quality standards are met.
• Conduct quality tests, perform inspection checks, and calibrate equipment.
• Analyze samples from all processing plant areas, including raw materials and finished products.
• Analyze pH, gluten, and water activity.
• Communicate food safety deficiencies to the FSQA Manager and provide feedback and recommendations.
• Ensure employees follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
