The Quality Assurance Technician will provide daily monitoring of facility and personnel to ensure compliance with the food safety system, perform formal audits on GMPs, train personnel on food safety elements, collect and analyze product samples, maintain records, inspect raw materials, assist in non-conformance investigations, host visitors and auditors, and ensure product processing adheres to company HACCP/HARPC programs. This role also involves implementing and managing food safety corrective actions and assisting in maintaining food safety system documents.
