You'll be the go-to expert for the frying process, from managing oil quality and operating the equipment to keeping everything clean and in perfect working order. This is a hands-on position where you'll ensure every product meets top-notch quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Must have be forklift certified.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Must be able to climb up and down the fryer stairs on a regular basis, as required.
Ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Highly flexible and ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
Strong work ethic with a high regard for accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

Assemble and change slicer blades as needed and required.
Managing oil quality on all 6 fryers.
Setting up and monitoring all 6 fryers ensuring strict adherence to guidelines for quality assurance of all products.
Cleaning and monitoring of fryers and conveyors through-out the course of the shift.
Responsible for Biogas record keeping and other HSAP required documentation.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Ensure that plant cleanliness is maintained throughout the day including, but not limited to sweeping in work area.
Other tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
