You could be a part of a team of refreshingly fun people making the World’s Greatest Hamburgers. Fuddruckers is hiring a qualified full time or part time Fry Cook to become a valuable team member. The Fry Cook is required to prep, hand batter & fry sides, chicken entrees as part of their duties. He/she is responsible for preparing other products, which will involve cutting and lifting products in cases as well as assembling, measuring, portioning and restocking.
Requirements
- The ideal Fry Cook candidate has a minimum of one year training and/or experience in the art
- walking or standing for 6 to 8 hours at a time
- reaching, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, talking, and sitting
- Duties involve the coordination of manual and visual dexterity

Responsibilities
- Prepare all products to Fuddruckers specifications, following freshness standards, temperatures and hold times as directed by company, local, state and federal guidelines
- Keep open communication with other Cooks and the Expeditor to meet Guest needs
- Monitor ticket times to ensure Guests receive their order in accordance to Fuddruckers ticket time standards
- Practice, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures according to policy and health/sanitation regulations
- Manage and maintain a safe working condition
- Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with quality standards
- Professional appearance required (see uniform standards)
- Problem solver that has the ability to adapt and overcome
- Ability to multitask
- Must be a team player with a high since of urgency
- Ability to cross train in other areas as needed
