About The Position

Double Bull Taphouse is looking for a dependable, energetic Fry Cook to join our kitchen team. From crispy wings and hand-cut fries to game-day favorites, you'll play a key role in delivering the food our guests come back for again and again. Whether you're an experienced fry cook or looking to grow your culinary skills, we want team members who work hard, stay positive, and take pride in their craft.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Cook preferred.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Willingness to learn new recipes, techniques, and stations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.

Nice To Haves

• A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented in an appealing manner.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and equipment.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following sanitation guidelines.
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared on time and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure that the kitchen is operating efficiently.
