The fryer station is at the heart of every Hattie B's, and great fry cooks are highly valued here! You'll maintain the storage, rotation, and labeling of raw chicken, prepare fried and grilled chicken to Hattie B's specifications and manage production volumes to keep chicken fresh while avoiding waste.
