This is a full-time Frozen Team Lead position. The primary duties include ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, cooler organization, record keeping, inventory (Backstock Control), scanner maintenance, housekeeping, and customer relations on the salesfloor. The Team Lead will work directly with the Packaged Goods Manager and will have one or two regular helpers. Secondary duties include related activities as required or assigned by the Packaged Goods Manager. The role requires availability for 35+ hours a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs. Previous work experience as a senior aisle clerk with demonstrated leadership abilities is required. Physical demands include repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional lifting up to 80 lbs. Other considerations include a customer service orientation, leadership skills, organizational ability, and being reliable and dependable.
