About The Position

This is a full-time hourly lead position in the Dairy/Frozen Section, working directly with the Packaged Goods Manager. The primary duties involve ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, cooler organization, record keeping, inventory control (backstock), scanner maintenance, housekeeping, and customer relations on the sales floor. This role includes working with one or two regular helpers in the section. Secondary duties encompass related activities as required or assigned by the Packaged Goods Manager.

Requirements

• Must be a senior aisle clerk with demonstrated leadership abilities
• Must be available to be scheduled 35+ hours a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs
• Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
• Occasional lifting up to 80 lbs
• Customer service orientation
• Leadership skills
• Organizational ability
• Reliable and dependable
