Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all front-end operations, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service
  • Support customer service programs and respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide checkout support as needed, including register functions and customer assistance
  • Guide and oversee front-end activities including scheduling, service levels, and daily operations
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive front-end environment
  • Manage cash handling processes including tills, safe counts, reconciliation, refunds, and transactions
  • Monitor inventory and ordering of front-end supplies and materials
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop front-end associates and supervisors
  • Support labor planning, budgeting, and expense control for the department
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Complete daily reports, payroll processes, and required documentation
