About The Position

This role is responsible for coordinating and leading cabin service activities, including cleaning and stocking aircraft. The Lead Cabin Services position ensures that all cabin service tasks are performed efficiently and to the required standards, while also assisting in employee scheduling and maintaining a safe working environment. The position requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Possess/maintain a valid Driver's License.
Possess other FAA required identification/seals.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
Must pass pre-employment drug test.
Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Able to continuously lift, push, and pull up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead the activities of a group to provide cabin services.
Perform cabin service cleaning activities such as wiping down surfaces of galleys and lavatories.
Remove refuse from containers, ashtrays, seat pockets, and floors.
Wipe down seat trays, remove debris from seats, and arrange seat pocket items.
Operate machinery used in the cleaning process, including trucks, vacuum cleaners, generators, and PTO hydraulics.
Handle wet garbage and gross volume stocking.
Perform cosmetic arrangement of seat belts, headrests, etc.
Replenish aircraft catering and toiletry supplies.
Fold and distribute blankets throughout the aircraft.
Drive and position hydraulic lift trucks.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Assist in scheduling of employees.
Maintain harmony among the team.
