About The Position

This project is to provide DWD a unified front-end development approach across the agency spanning multiple technologies and applications. Build the structure to ensure responsive design, accessibility and usability of the internal and external applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience as a front-end developer
• Portfolio or GitHub showcasing projects
• CSS Mockups
• Agile development methodologies
• Experience with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, etc)
• Mobile-first design principles
• HTML5, CSS3

Nice To Haves

• Experience in AI
• Javascript
• Dynamics 365
• Java Spring Framework
• Git/GitHub or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Support UI/UX design for existing DWD systems
• Graphic Design and mockups
• Support existing custom applications written in a mixture of .NET and other technologies.
• Proactively approach new technologies, systems, and design patterns.
• Work with business, other IT teams, and other agencies to define and enhance new solutions.
• Enhance existing applications within an agile environment.
• Exhibit a mixture of soft and hard skills necessary for success in this position.
• Demonstrate good communication skills.
