About The Position

Reddit is seeking a mid-level frontend engineer to join their Ads Manager team. This team is responsible for building tools that enable advertisers to create and manage campaigns at scale, focusing on making complex advertising workflows easier to use, with an emphasis on performance and reliability. The role involves owning medium-sized frontend projects, contributing to technical design, implementation, testing, and release, and working collaboratively with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.

Requirements

3+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in frontend engineering.
Experience building and maintaining production web applications.
Ability to break down a project, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and deliver a solution independently.
Clear communication and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Experience writing maintainable code, testing your work, and participating in code reviews.

Nice To Haves

Experience building advertising products, creative tools, or design systems.
Experience partnering directly with product managers and designers.

Responsibilities

Build intuitive, accessible interfaces that help advertisers create and manage campaigns.
