Requirements

8+ years of experience in software development and frontend, including in a lead or senior role on delivered applications
Experience in React and TypeScript, including modern component architecture and state management
Experience building responsive, accessible user interfaces that meet Section 508 or WCAG standards
Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs, and working in a backend language for full-stack tasks
Experience with automated testing, such as Jest or Cypress, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployment
Ability to translate operational and user requirements into intuitive, performant interfaces
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technology field, or 6+ years of experience in mission systems in lieu of a degree
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Security+ CE certification

Nice To Haves

Experience building data-visualization and geospatial UIs, such as D3, Mapbox, Cesium, or charting libraries, for operational dashboards
Experience with secure coding practices and remediating findings from SAST, DAST, or static analysis
Experience delivering on Agile and/or DoD programs and working within a mission-driven delivery cadence
Experience with C2, ISR, or other mission-critical DoD systems and their operational constraints
Experience with design systems, component libraries, and close collaboration with UX designers
Experience with micro-frontend architectures or module federation at scale
Secret clearance
