The Front Office position is responsible for managing all incoming calls, scheduling and canceling patient appointments, greeting and checking patients in and out, and collecting payments and co-payments. This role also involves setting up follow-up appointments, monitoring doctor schedules, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a pleasant working environment for all staff.
