About The Position

The position is a blend of administrative tasks, reception duties and sales. The perfect candidate will have a bright personality, exhibit attention to detail, be confident in their computer skills, and enjoy interacting with customers. The position requires the ability to problem solve, take initiative, and work both independently and with a team. The position will work in both of our locations, Jefferson City and Columbia.

Responsibilities

  • Various administrative duties such as invoice reconciliation, filing
  • Learning our computer system to assist customers with payment or inventory inquiries
  • Taking orders via phone and from walk-in customers and working with warehouse staff to ensure orders are bult for delivery or pickup
  • Answering phones on a multi-line VOIP system and screening calls
  • Maintaining our community room schedule and hosting guests by ensuring room is prepared for use, as well as coaching them through connecting to our projector.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assisting with special projects as needed
  • Complying with all state and federal liquor laws as well as supplier standards and company policies
