About The Position

The Front office role is a customer-facing position that involves a variety of tasks, including administrative, clerical duties, and customer service. Front office employees often interact with clients, customers, and employees, and are responsible for creating a positive office atmosphere and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone who visits. We are looking for a RHINO that will provide a luxurious experience from the very first interaction with our customers. After all, our customer experience is what sets us apart from our competitors.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
  • Previous customer service/front desk experience
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to work SATURDAYS

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Keeping the office clean and organized, and performing inventory of office supplies
  • Providing people with information and directing visitors
  • Accurately type appraisals and other necessary documentation as required.
  • Oversee the guest check-in process, ensuring all visitors are accounted for and receive the necessary assistance during their stay.
  • Act as the eyes on the floor, monitoring the environment and guest experiences, and reporting any issues or needs to management promptly.
