As a Front Office Support Specialist, you’ll bring your leadership, Strategic tactical and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in engineering on projects for the U.S. Navy. You’ll use your skills and expertise to plan, coordination and execute responses of external data calls and assist in providing a consolidated and unified position for our clients. Work with us to drive the development and improvement of internal processes and policies required to effectively operate a large complex, highly dynamic Navy staff. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience operating as part of a large staff complex staff in a high-tempo environment
- Experience working with ETMS2 and CATMS
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Planner
- Experience with SharePoint
- Knowledge of the Department of the Navy Correspondence Manual
- Knowledge of the POM and PPBE processes
- Ability to coordinate with all stakeholders to meet or exceed delivery dates
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience with contract administration
- Experience on SYSCOM staff
- Experience with Big "A" Acquisition
- Knowledge of NEPS and ePS
- Possession of strong strategic, oral, and written communication skills
- Master's degree preferred
- PMP certification preferred
