The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the Front Desk functions, in accordance with hotel standards. This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, with a primary focus on the PM shift. The supervisor will maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, room availability, and expected arrivals/departures. Key responsibilities include handling guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, assisting staff with their job functions to provide optimum guest service, and monitoring/maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas. The role also involves presenting guest folios and processing payments, while adhering to payment, cash handling, and credit policies/procedures. Other duties as assigned.
