The supervisor will also perform front desk agent duties, manage VIP requirements, and ensure adherence to safety and security policies. Additionally, this position involves assisting with team member training, coaching, development, and interviewing, as well as maintaining knowledge of property amenities and special events. The role requires preparing daily reports, understanding front office standards, providing guest information, completing financial reports, and upholding company policies and procedures. A key aspect is developing positive working relationships and supporting the team to achieve common goals.
