We are seeking a dependable, motivated Front / Back Office Specialist who takes pride in doing things the right way and wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced medical environment. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer proficiency and comfort using multiple systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Verify insurance and demographic information
• Collect co-pays and process payments accurately
• Schedule follow-up appointments and procedures
• Confirm upcoming appointments
• Assist with daily balancing and end-of-day processes
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk area
• Room patients efficiently
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Prepare exam rooms
• Support providers and clinical staff during busy clinic hours
