Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in a front-facing customer service or receptionist role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors entering the premises in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings using office management software
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
