Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff members.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
