Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Representative, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients promptly and courteously.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process for visitors and clients.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
