MaxHealth in Bradenton is looking for a Front Office Representative to assist with check-in and check-out functions, collecting co-payments, scheduling patients, answering phones, and provide excellent customer service overall. Requirements

• Bilingual - Speak fluently in Spanish and English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Can multitask with ease

Nice To Haves

• EMR/EHR experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful
