The Berry Companies is seeking a Front Office Operations Manager at our Eastern Slope Inn Resort to lead our guest services team and create unforgettable guest experiences in the heart of the White Mountains. As the Front Office Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the resort's first and last impressions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hotel front office or management experience.
  • A proven track record of motivating, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and hotel systems.
  • Ability to work independently, stay composed under pressure, and solve problems effectively.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and inspire our Front Office team, including Guest Service Agents, Supervisors, and Night Auditors.
  • Deliver exceptional service during check-in, check-out, and every guest interaction.
  • Ensure guest feedback is addressed promptly and satisfaction scores remain among the best in the industry.
  • Manage front office budgets, payroll, and operations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Act as Manager on Duty when assigned, representing the resort with professionalism and care.
