About The Position
As a leading hotel in the luxury market, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Night Manager to join the Front Office Team at this beautiful property! This Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond hotel has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes a new Italian Tuscan Steakhouse, a rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in-room dining. In this role, you will oversee all the overnight front office operations of the property and manage a team of around 10 employees. The ideal candidate will have luxury front office management experience and have a passion for delivering exceptional service. ONQ experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- Act as Manager on Duty and on behalf of the General Manager in his/her absence
- Tour hotel interior and exterior to ensure the property and facilities are functional, presentable to established standards and safe for guests and team members
- Oversee preparation of daily summary reports
- Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, assigning nightly work, conducting training, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
