About The Position

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and professional Front Office Manager to join a luxury lodge team in the Hoedspruit area. This is an excellent opportunity for a mature and responsible hospitality professional who thrives in a remote bush environment and is passionate about guest service excellence, wildlife, and conservation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality and/or front office management
  • Strong communication skills (fluent in Afrikaans and English)
  • Proficiency in Pastel Accounting (including Point-of-Sale) and MS Office
  • Excellent administrative and organisational abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Passion for wildlife, conservation, and guest service excellence
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Valid First Aid certificate

Responsibilities

  • Operate the lodge switchboard and manage communication channels
  • Handle shop sales and administration processes
  • Manage booking requests and member correspondence
  • Oversee inventory and stock control, including orders and purchases
  • Perform administrative tasks including invoicing and reporting
  • Deputise for the Housekeeping Manager in his/her absence
