The Front Office Manager oversees the daily operation of the Front Desk, drives guest satisfaction, maximizes room revenue and occupancy, and fosters a culture of genuine hospitality reflective of The Savoy’s rich history and boutique luxury experience. This role is responsible for developing, coaching, and supporting Front Office associates while maintaining Hilton and hotel service standards. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as necessary to fulfill their responsibilities. Exempt managers must regularly direct the work of at least three full-time associates or their equivalent. Primary duties consist of administrative, executive, or professional responsibilities requiring discretion, independent judgment, and leadership in the operation of the department.
