Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on front desk functions.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Lead the guest services team by providing training, support, and motivation to deliver outstanding hospitality.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with tact and efficiency to maximize satisfaction.
  • Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel management systems and procedures to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Foster strong guest relations by creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.
